Special Education Teacher - Cheraw, SC
2026-2027 School Year | Full-Time | Pay Range: $45 - $49/hour

Position Details:
•Location: Cheraw, SC –Schools in the area
•Duration: August 2026 –June 2027
•Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 37.5–40 hours/week
•Caseload: K–12 Opportunities Available –Resource or Self-Contained
•Required: Active SC Special Education Teaching Certification

Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs
•Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to support K–12 learners
•Implement behavior management strategies and positive supports
•Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
•Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation for compliance
•Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Drew Anson is Chief Delivery Officer at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

Drew is a seasoned executive with more than 13 years of Services & Recruitment experience. In that time, he has supported numerous Fortune 100/500/1000 organizations across industries by providing global workforce solutions, namely resources and thought leadership for large-scale projects, implementations, and managed services.

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
