  • Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting
  • Hours: Full-time, part-time candidates are also welcome to apply
  • Caseload: Elementary, Middle, and High School options
School Social Worker Job Requirements 
  • Masters Degree in Social Work (required)
  • An active Department of Education MN licensure
  • Experience in a school setting (required)
  • The ability to work in the U.S. Without a sponsor

As a K-12 school-based Social Worker in Saint Francis, MN your Days Will Include
  • Evaluating students’mental health, social-emotional skills, and behavioral needs through observations, interviews, and standardized assessments
  • Creating and implementing personalized strategies to help students succeed academically and socially, collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators
  • Responding to crises such as trauma, bullying, family issues, or behavioral escalations, providing immediate support and long-term coping strategies
  • Acting as a liaison between students, parents, and school staff to ensure a comprehensive, successful approach to student support

Drew Anson is Chief Delivery Officer at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

Drew is a seasoned executive with more than 13 years of Services & Recruitment experience. In that time, he has supported numerous Fortune 100/500/1000 organizations across industries by providing global workforce solutions, namely resources and thought leadership for large-scale projects, implementations, and managed services.

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
