Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) –School-Based | Delaware | 2026–2027 School Year
Phaxis Education is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians passionate about pediatric speech therapy, IEP services, and supporting student communication development.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Develop and implement IEPs for speech therapy services
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Track progress and maintain compliance documentation

Position Details:
  • Location: Delaware school districts
  • Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | School Hours
  • Caseload: K–12 (multiple openings available)
  • School Year: 2026–2027

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Delaware SLP License (or eligibility)
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFs may be considered)
