Now Hiring: School-Based Occupational Therapists in Washington, DC for the 2026 2027 School Year!

We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join a supportive school district in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, school-based position working with students to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence in the classroom.

Whether you have experience in early childhood, elementary, or secondary settings, we have multiple caseload options available to match your experience and preferences.

School Year: 2026 2027
Caseloads: Multiple openings (K 12 opportunities available)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs
  • Assess and evaluate students' motor, sensory, and functional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
  • Ensure compliance with DC special education regulations

Qualifications:
  • Active DC Occupational Therapy License
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
