School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) —Elementary
Location: Avon, MA
Schedule: Full-time, 35 hrs/week | Term: ASAP –06/17/2026
Compensation: $50–$60+/hr depending on experience

About the Position

  • Provide speech and language services for elementary-aged students (single campus).

  • Deliver direct therapy, complete evaluations, write IEP goals, and participate in team meetings.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring in line with district policies.

  • Collaborate daily with teachers, related service providers, and families.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active SLP license (MA) required (CCC-SLP preferred;CFs considered if district-approved).

  • Prior school-based or pediatrics experience strongly preferred.

  • Strength in evaluations, IEP development, and data-driven therapy.

  • Clear, compassionate communicator and team collaborator.
