About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional or Behavior Technician to provide 1: 1 support for a 3rd-grade student in a public school setting.
This student is suspected of having an autism diagnosis and benefits from consistent, individualized support throughout the school day.

If you have a passion for working with children, patience, and strong communication skills, this could be a great opportunity to make a lasting difference.
Position Details

  • Location: Northampton, MA

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • End Date: End of current school year

  • Hours: Full-time (school schedule)

  • Caseload: 1 student, 3rd grade

  • Setting: 1: 1 classroom support

  • Interview Process: Virtual interview followed by onsite visit
Qualifications

  • Prior school or behavioral support experience preferred

  • Calm, compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
