Occupational Therapist (OT) –Elementary School (FMLA Coverage)
Location: Revere, MA
Pay: $45–$55+/hour (depending on experience)
Contract: ASAP –November 22, 2025 (FMLA coverage;strong possibility of extension if staff does not return)
Hours: 8: 20 AM –2: 45 PM, Monday–Friday

Position Overview
Phaxis Education is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide FMLA coverage in an elementary school program in Revere, MA. This is a full-time role beginning immediately and running through November 22, 2025, with the potential for extension should the permanent staff member not return.

The caseload includes approximately 40 students (consults included, not all direct services). The OT will collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to deliver individualized services that support academic, motor, and functional development.
Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (required)

  • Active MA OT license (required)

  • School-based experience preferred, but not required
