Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) –Nottingham, MD
Pay Rate: $25–$28/hr (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting in Nottingham, MD. This is an on-site position working with a collaborative team focused on student growth and individualized support.
Schedule

  • Full-time hours (school day schedule)

  • Monday through Friday

  • Immediate start date (school-year assignment)
Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1: 1 ABA therapy and behavioral support

  • Implement treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA

  • Track and document student progress daily

  • Utilize positive reinforcement strategies and de-escalation techniques

  • Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff

  • Support students in both academic and non-academic settings
Requirements

  • Active RBT Certification (or ability to obtain quickly)

  • Experience working with children or students with disabilities preferred

  • Strong communication, patience, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work on-site in Nottingham, MD
