IMMEDIATE HIRE –Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Dudley, MA
Starting at $50/hr –Negotiable based on experience
32.5 hours/week | In-person | School-based

Phaxis Education is now hiring for an on-site BCBA to support a welcoming, tight-knit district in Dudley, Massachusetts. This role begins immediately and runs through June 10, 2026.
Position Details

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • End Date: June 10, 2026

  • Schedule: 32.5 hours/week

  • Caseload: ~35 students (ages 3–9)

  • Sites Covered: 3 school locations

  • Setting: School-based, multiple settings (not remote)

  • Interview Process: Virtual, quick turnaround
Requirements

  • Active BCBA Certification

  • Strong experience supporting elementary-aged learners

  • Must be able to work fully on-site
