Multiple School Sites Across Maryland
$40–$45/hour (experience based)
Full-time school-year schedule —interviews starting immediately

What You’ll Be Doing
•Deliver school-based social work services to K–12 students
•Provide counseling, crisis response, and family engagement support
•Facilitate social-emotional learning and skill-building programs
•Partner with educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
•Maintain compliant documentation and case notes
•Apply evidence-based interventions to drive student growth
Who Thrives in This Role
Master’s Degree in Social Work
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Maryland (LMSW, LGSW, LCSW-C)
Eligible or able to obtain Maryland school social work certification
CPR/First Aid or crisis-response credentials (or willingness to pursue)
Strong interpersonal skills and passion for supporting diverse learners

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
