Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) –Washington, DC | $75+/hr (No Cap) | Part-Time | Charter School

Location: Washington, DC
Pay Rate: $75/hour & up (no cap)
Schedule: Part-Time
Start Date: ASAP / Flexible
Contract: Remainder of the 2025–2026 School Year
Extension: Potential to extend into the 2026–2027 School Year

Position Overview
Phaxis Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time position at a charter school in Washington, DC. We are open to both newly licensed and experienced clinicians. Compensation is determined on a sliding scale based on experience, starting at $75/hr and increasing with experience —with no earning cap.

This is a great opportunity for SLPs looking for flexibility, strong pay, and potential long-term stability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language evaluations

  • Deliver direct and/or indirect therapy services

  • Develop and implement IEP goals

  • Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings

  • Maintain compliant documentation and progress reports

  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active DC SLP license (or eligibility)

  • CCC-SLP preferred (CFs encouraged to apply)

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • New graduates welcome
