Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: St. Clair, WA

Job Details

  • Full-time or part-time, onsite position

  • School-based setting in a public district

  • Weekly interview scheduling

  • Caseload and school-level assignments discussed during interview

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an ABA program (required)

  • National BCBA certification (active and in good standing)

  • Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

  • New graduates are welcome to apply

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and data-driven evaluations

  • Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and IEP teams to support student success

  • Provide training and consultation for staff on behavioral strategies and interventions

  • Track progress toward student behavior goals and adjust supports as needed

  • Ensure all documentation is timely and compliant with IDEA and state regulations
