Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) –Special Education
Location: Saint Paul, MN Area
Position Type: Full-Time, 2026–2027 School Year
Start Date: Fall 2026 (aligned with district calendar)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students receiving special education services in the Saint Paul, MN area for the 2026–2027 school year. The BCBA will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans that promote student success in academic, social, and functional domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with special education teachers, general education staff, related service providers, and families
  • Train and coach school staff on behavior analytic principles and intervention strategies
  • Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis;adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress reporting
  • Support crisis intervention and proactive behavior management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations and ethical standards

Qualifications
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience working in school-based settings preferred
  • Knowledge of IDEA, special education processes, and school-based behavioral supports
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team environment
