Location: Revere, MA
Pay: $50–$60+/hour (depending on experience)
Contract: ASAP –June 2026 (Remainder of School Year)
Hours: 7: 30 AM –2: 30 PM, Monday–Friday

Position Overview
Phaxis Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support both elementary and middle school programs within Revere, MA public schools. This is a full-time, school-year position with immediate start and guaranteed hours through the end of June 2026.

You will work with a diverse caseload of students to provide behavior-analytic support, supervision, and consultation. In this role you will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and provide guidance and training to school staff to ensure effective implementation of behavior supports across settings. Throughout the school year, you’ll collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, families, and leadership to foster positive behavioral and academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and interpret data to inform programming.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.

  • Provide direct and consultative services to students, including both direct service and supervisory/consult roles.

  • Train and support teachers and staff in ABA methodology and behavior plan implementation.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, support staff, and families.

  • Participate in IEP/Team meetings and contribute to data-based decision making.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

  • Active BCBA certification (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) required

  • Experience with school-based ABA, behavior intervention, or special education preferred

  • Strong data analysis, communication, and collaboration skills
