Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
St. Louis, MO | In-Person Only

Schedule: Monday–Wednesday | 8: 15 AM–3: 45 PM
Hours: ~21 hours/week
Pay Range: $45–$55/hour (flexible for strong candidates)
Start: ASAP
Duration: Through May 21, 2026
About the Role
Phaxis Education is partnering with a specialized school program in the St. Louis area to fill an immediate, part-time Speech-Language Pathologist opening for the remainder of the school year.

This position supports students ages K–18 across multiple instructional settings. The caseload includes a strong AAC component and some students with behavioral needs, making this an excellent fit for clinicians who enjoy dynamic, hands-on work and collaborative environments.

Interviews are being scheduled quickly due to the urgent nature of the need.
Key Assignment Details

  • In-person services only

  • Primary assignment at one school location

  • Occasional travel to a second building (limited hours, one day per week)

  • School calendar position

  • Spring Break observed: March 16–20
Qualifications

  • Active Missouri SLP license

  • ASHA CCC-SLP required

  • Prior AAC experience strongly preferred

  • Comfort working onsite with diverse learning needs

  • New graduates may be considered individually

  • No virtual or hybrid option available
Compensation & Flexibility

  • $45–$55/hour

  • Pay is negotiable based on experience, AAC background, and overall fit
