Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) –Elementary Autism Classrooms | $30–$38/hr | 2025–2026 School Year

Location: Massachusetts
Pay Rate: $30–$38 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | 36.25 hours/week
Start Date: ASAP through June 12, 2026
Position Overview
Phaxis Education is seeking two dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support elementary autism classrooms for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact by supporting students’behavioral, social, and communication goals in small, structured classroom environments.
Openings

  • Elementary Sub-Separate Classroom –students with autism

  • Elementary Sub-Separate Classroom –students with autism
Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision

  • Support students in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills

  • Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors

  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, related service providers, and other staff

  • Provide direct support in maintaining a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
Qualifications

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

  • Experience working with students with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and data collection skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow treatment plans

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

  • Caseload: Small, autism-focused elementary sub-separate classrooms

  • Interview Timeline: 24–48 hours
