Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) –Elementary Schools | $55–$65/hr | 2025–2026 School Year

Location: Massachusetts
Pay Rate: $55–$65 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | 35 hours/week
Start Date: ASAP through June 12, 2026
Position Overview
Phaxis Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy and communication support to elementary students for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a collaborative special education team and make a meaningful impact on students’language, speech, and social development.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students

  • Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals related to communication needs

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote carryover of skills

  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable)

  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications

  • Active Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility) required

  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred;strong CFs encouraged to apply

  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
