Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Dudley, MA
Pay Rate: $50 –$60+ / hour (negotiable based on experience)

As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in Dudley, MA, your days will include:

  • Providing speech and language therapy services for middle and high school students

  • Traveling between multiple schools within the district to meet student needs

  • Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individualized and group therapy sessions

  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and other related service providers

  • Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with IDEA, state, and district guidelines


Job Details

  • Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting

  • Dates: Full 2025–2026 school year (exact start/end dates TBD)

  • Hours: 32.5–35 per week

  • Caseload: Students across multiple middle and high school sites

  • Interview: Virtual

  • On-Site Requirement: In-person only;no virtual or hybrid options


Successful Candidates Possess

  • Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CCC's)

  • Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Department of Education licensure (if state applicable)

  • Experience in school-based settings preferred

  • Ability to work in the U.S. Without sponsorship

  • Note: New graduates may be considered, though preference is given to experienced candidates
