School Psychologist —Boston, MA (Acton commute)
$60–$70/hr (DOE) | 11/04/25–06/18/26 | Full-Time (30+ hrs/wk)
The Opportunity
Join a highly responsive K–6 team supporting students across multiple classrooms. You’ll be based in the Greater Boston market and serve a nearby district with a collaborative culture and clear systems for student support.
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychoeducational/academic assessments and share results with teams

  • Craft data-driven recommendations and participate in IEP meetings

  • Provide targeted counseling, behavioral interventions, and consultative support

  • Partner with teachers, families, and administrators to advance MTSS/RTI efforts
What You Bring

  • MA DESE School Psychologist license (required)

  • Elementary experience preferred (K–6);strong communication & teamwork

  • Organized, student-first approach;comfort moving between classrooms

  • New grads: Considered with strong internship/practicum experience
Role Details

  • Caseload: ~20–30 students

  • Setting: In-person only (no virtual/hybrid)

  • Interviews: Virtual or in-person—your choice

Drew Anson is Chief Delivery Officer at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
