Make a Difference as a BCBA in Maryland!
26/27 School Year | Full-Time | In-Person | Contract

Position Details:
•Location: Maryland Schools
•Duration: August 2026 –June 2027
•Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 37.5–40 hours/week
•Caseload: K–12 Opportunities Available
•Required: Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Responsibilities:
•Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
•Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students across school settings
•Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to implement behavior strategies
•Train and support staff on behavior management techniques and data collection
•Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data-driven decision making
•Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with IEPs and district/state guidelines
•Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
