Job Description

Phaxis Education is hiring a School Psychologist for a full-time, school-based role in New Hampshire for the 2026–2027 school year. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in student evaluations, IEP processes, and behavioral support services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychological and academic assessments
  • Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Support student mental health and social-emotional needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

Position Details:
  • Location: New Hampshire school districts
  • Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | School Hours
  • Caseload: K–12 students
  • School Year: 2026–2027

Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
  • New Hampshire School Psychologist certification or eligibility

Drew Anson is Chief Delivery Officer at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
