Special Education Teacher –Delaware | 2026–2027 School Year | K–12
Phaxis Education is hiring a Special Education Teacher for a school-based role in Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year. This position is ideal for educators experienced in IEP development, inclusive classrooms, and differentiated instruction.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Modify lesson plans to meet diverse learning needs
  • Provide academic and behavioral support to students
  • Collaborate with general education teachers and support teams
  • Track student progress and maintain compliance documentation

Position Details:
  • Location: Delaware school districts
  • Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | School Hours
  • Caseload: K–12 (multiple openings available)
  • School Year: 2026–2027

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education
  • Active Delaware Teaching License (or eligibility)
