Phaxis Education is seeking a qualified Contract School Counselor to join our team in partnering schools near Wilmington, DE for the 2025-2026 Academic School Year!

Contract Details:
  • Job: Contract School Counselor for schools in Wilmington, DE
  • Duration: 25/26 School Year
  • Hours: Full Time Position, Regular School Hours (Mon-Fri)
  • Caseload: K-12 (multiple positions)
  • Up to $54 hourly
Experience & Requirements:
  • Preferred: School Based Experience - Bachelors
  • Preferred: Experience in a Pediatric Setting
  • State Licensure or Ability to Obtain - Delaware Counselor License

Drew Anson is Chief Delivery Officer at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

Drew is a seasoned executive with more than 13 years of Services & Recruitment experience. Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
