Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) –St. Louis, MO | $40–$60+/hr | 2025–2026 School Year Location: St. Louis, MO Pay Rate: $40–$60+ per hour (Negotiable for highly experienced candidates) Start Date: August 2025 Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible)
Position Overview

We're now interviewing for Speech-Language Pathologists in the St. Louis, MO area for the 2025–2026 school year. With multiple openings across PreK–12 settings, now is your chance to secure your ideal caseload before the fall rush.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and comprehensive speech/language assessments

  • Develop and implement IEP goals based on student needs

  • Deliver direct therapy services (individual and small group)

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to integrate communication strategies

  • Track progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings

  • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent

  • Active Missouri SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start)

  • ASHA CCCs preferred;Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome and encouraged to apply

  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. Without sponsorship

  • Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible scheduling available)

  • Caseloads: PreK through High School –assignments based on your experience and preference

  • Position Type: Contract with option to renew
