Job Description


Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC or CFY)
Location: Crystal, MN
 
Phaxis is partnering with a school district near Crystal, MN, seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join their team full-time. Candidates who enjoy working in school-based settings and making a meaningful difference in students’lives are encouraged to apply.
 
Caseload & Schedule:
  • Hours: Full-time preferred;part-time applicants will also be considered
  • Caseload: Based on experience and district needs
  • Setting: Onsite preferred;hybrid schedules (3 days onsite / 2 virtual for documentation) may be considered
  • Must be commutable to the Crystal, MN area
Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active Minnesota State License (or ability to obtain)
  • ASHA CCC preferred, Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’speech, language, voice, and fluency.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet state and federal requirements.
  • Provide direct therapy services one-on-one and in small group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress in the classroom.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and service logs.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and parent conferences.
  • Make informed, evidence-based recommendations for speech and language interventions.
  • Stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology and special education.
  • Adhere to IDEA and district policies.

Drew Anson is Chief Delivery Officer at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

Drew is a seasoned executive with more than 13 years of Services & Recruitment experience. In that time, he has supported numerous Fortune 100/500/1000 organizations across industries by providing global workforce solutions, namely resources and thought leadership for large-scale projects, implementations, and managed services.

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
