Speech Language Pathologist (SLP CCC or CF)
Location: Beach Park, IL

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP CCC or CF) Job Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

  • Active or pending Illinois SLP license

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

  • Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) licensure or eligibility

  • Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

  • Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP CCC or CF) Job Schedule & Setting:

  • Full-time or part-time options available

  • Monday–Friday, during school hours

  • Onsite role within a public school district

  • Caseload: elementary school

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP CCC or CF) Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students

  • Conduct assessments and screenings for speech, language, voice, and fluency

  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress planning

  • Document services, maintain compliance, and track student progress

  • Support classroom communication through AAC devices and strategy consultation

Drew Anson is Chief Delivery Officer at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.
