SLPA –Revere, MA | ESY Contract with Opportunity to Extend into 25/26 School Year Location: Revere, MA Pay Rate: $45–$55+ per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time during ESY Contract Dates: Extended School Year (Summer)

Position Overview
Phaxis Education is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a local school district in Revere, MA during their Extended School Year (ESY) program. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLPA looking to make an impact this summer—with strong potential for a contract extension into the full 2025–2026 academic year.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic goals

  • Document student progress and assist in data collection for IEP monitoring

  • Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and other team members to support student communication goals

  • Maintain compliance with school and state documentation requirements
What You Bring

  • Valid Massachusetts SLPA license (required)

  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Reliable, adaptable, and committed to student growth

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. Without sponsorship
