Job Description


Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Greene County, NY
Pay Rate: $50 –$65+ / hour

As a K-12 school-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Greene County, NY, your days will include:

  • Providing individual and group counseling to students.

  • Supporting students with social-emotional and behavioral needs.

  • Delivering crisis intervention and conflict resolution strategies.

  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families.

  • Participating in IEP and 504 plan meetings, progress monitoring, and parent conferences.

  • Maintaining compliance with IDEA, state, and district regulations regarding school-based counseling services.
Job Details
Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting

Hours: Part-Time (flexible schedule;pick up hours as desired)

Caseload: Limited to start the school year but expected to build as the year progresses

Age Range: Pre-K through 12th grade

Locations: Multiple schools and districts –candidate’s choice!

Start Date –End Date: ASAP –May/June

Interview/Offer Timeline: Immediate! We have a strong relationship with this client and can move quickly.
Successful Candidates Possess
A Master’s degree in Social Work (required)

An active or pending New York LCSW license, or the ability to obtain (required)

Experience in a pediatric or school setting (preferred)

The ability to work in the U.S. Without a sponsor

Drew Anson is Chief Delivery Officer at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

In this role, Drew leads the delivery and recruiting working closely with the leadership team to define a model that is efficient at supporting the firm s current needs and is scalable for future growth.

Drew is a seasoned executive with more than 13 years of Services & Recruitment experience. In that time, he has supported numerous Fortune 100/500/1000 organizations across industries by providing global workforce solutions, namely resources and thought leadership for large-scale projects, implementations, and managed services.

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
