Behavior Technician (BT) / ABA-Trained Paraprofessional
Location: Westwood, Massachusetts
Pay Rate: $35+/hour (DOE)

The Role
As a Behavior Technician / ABA-trained Paraprofessional in Westwood, MA, you will:

  • Provide behavioral and academic support in PreK–Elementary ABA classrooms for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of a BCBA or supervising clinician

  • Support students’social, communication, and learning skills in classroom and community settings

  • Document progress and collaborate with the educational team

  • Assist with daily routines and foster independence across the school day
Job Details

  • Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting

  • Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8: 30 AM–3: 30 PM (32.5–35 hrs/week)

  • Caseload: Multiple students, PreK–Elementary ABA program

  • Start Date: Immediate start –June 2026

  • Interview Process: Virtual interviews accepted

  • Setting: In-person only

Minimum Requirements

  • Formal ABA training (coursework, practicum, or documented school/clinic experience) —RBT not required

  • CPI (Crisis Prevention/Intervention) certification or willingness to obtain/re-certify upon hire

  • Ability to pass CORI/background check

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and provide physical support as needed

  • Willingness to assist with personal care tasks (toileting, hygiene)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • New grads with ABA training are welcome to apply
