Title: School Psychologist 
Location: Vancouver, Washington

Phaxis Education is currently seeking a licensed School Psychologist for a full-time position with a school district in Vancouver, WA. This role supports K–12 students across multiple school sites, offering the chance to contribute meaningfully to student mental health and academic growth. School Psychologist Position Overview
•Schedule: Full-time preferred (part-time candidates will be considered)
•Caseload: K–12 students across multiple school locations
•Work Setting: Onsite position within a Vancouver, WA-area school district

School Psychologist Candidate Requirements
•Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
•Active Washington State ESA certification for School Psychologist (required)
•Must be authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available)
•Background in psychoeducational assessments, IEPs, and behavioral planning
•Previous school-based experience or internship preferred
•Open to new graduates seeking supportive placement

School Psychologist Responsibilities
•Administer and interpret psychoeducational evaluations in cognitive, academic, behavioral, and emotional domains
•Contribute to the development of IEPs, 504 Plans, and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
•Provide direct counseling and mental health support to students
•Support RTI and MTSS frameworks with evidence-based strategies
•Consult with educators, administrators, and families to improve student outcomes
•Participate in crisis intervention and school-wide behavioral planning
•Maintain documentation in compliance with IDEA, state, and district policies

Drew Anson is Chief Delivery Officer at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
