Title: Special Education Teacher
Location: Grafton, Massachusetts
Pay Rate: Up to $55 / hour

As a K-12 school-based Special Education Teacher in Grafton, Massachusetts,
your days will include

  • Develop and deliver individualized instruction based on IEP goals.

  • Adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies to meet student needs.

  • Manage classroom behavior using positive behavioral supports and interventions.

  • Collaborate with related service providers, general education teachers, and families.

  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and parent conferences.

  • Maintain compliance with IDEA, state, and district regulations regarding special education.

Job Details
Position: Contract (ESY placement) in a school setting
Hours: 7: 45 AM –2: 45 PM (Monday –Thursday)
Caseload: Standard ESY caseload across multiple age groups

Successful Candidates Possess

  • A Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education (required)

  • An active or pending state licensure, or the ability to obtain (required)

  • Experience in a pediatric or school setting (preferred)

  • The ability to work in the U.S. Without a sponsor

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.
