Title: School Speech Language Pathologist SLP CCC or CFY 
Location: Pasco, WA

Phaxis Education is hiring a full-time SLP for a supportive and well-resourced district in the Pasco area. Join a collaborative team and help students thrive through your expertise in speech-language therapy.

Position Details:
  • Schedule: Full-time preferred (part-time considered)
  • Caseload: K–12th grade, based on experience and school need
  • Setting: Onsite preferred;hybrid model may be available (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
  • Location: Must be commutable to Pasco, WA
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • ASHA CCC preferred;CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • ESA Certificate (active or in process)
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)
What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver therapy services to students across K–12th grade
  • Develop and implement compliant IEPs based on student needs
  • Conduct evaluations for speech, language, fluency, and communication disorders
  • Document services, progress notes, and evaluation results accurately
  • Participate in IEP meetings and student support teams
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student success
  • Stay up to date on IDEA guidelines and speech-language best practices

Drew Anson is Chief Delivery Officer at Phaxis, a Workforce Solutions Company based in New York.

Drew is a seasoned executive with more than 13 years of Services & Recruitment experience. In that time, he has supported numerous Fortune 100/500/1000 organizations across industries by providing global workforce solutions, namely resources and thought leadership for large-scale projects, implementations, and managed services.

Prior to joining Phaxis predecessor firm Park Hudson in 2021, Drew spent three years at engineering technology and talent solutions firm, Collabera, as Director of Sales in North Carolina. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly eight years at Insight Global, most recently as Sales Manager of the Columbus, OH office.

He holds a degree from Central Michigan University in Sales & Marketing.
