Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
Location: Naperville, IL

Overview
We’re hiring a full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based opening in the Naperville, IL area. This position is ideal for SLPs seeking a collaborative, student-centered environment where experience is valued and support is strong. Caseload details will be shared during the interview, and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

  • Active or pending Illinois SLP license, PEL required 

  • ASHA CCC preferred (CFY candidates welcome)

  • School or pediatric experience strongly preferred

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Job Details

  • School-based, onsite

  • Full-time or part-time availability (Monday–Friday)

  • Caseload and building level discussed in interview

  • Flexible scheduling options based on candidate preference

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct therapy to students (individual/group)

  • Complete assessments, screenings, and evaluations

  • Write and implement IEPs based on student needs

  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

  • Attend IEP meetings and track progress

  • Support AAC devices and assistive communication tools
