Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) –Elementary School
Location: Revere, MA
Pay: $50–$60+/hour (depending on experience)
Contract: ASAP –June 2026 (Full School Year)
Hours: 8: 15 AM –3: 00 PM, Monday–Friday

Position Overview
Phaxis Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an elementary school program in Revere, MA. This is a full-time, school-year position with an immediate start and guaranteed hours through the end of June 2026.

You’ll manage a caseload of approximately 40 students (including consults, not all direct service), providing behavior support and consultation in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families. This is a chance to make a lasting impact while working in a supportive and collaborative school environment.
Requirements

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Active BCBA certification in MA (required)

  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
